Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Account info: name, email, and login credentials.
- College-application context you choose to enter or upload: questionnaire responses, transcripts, high-school profiles, pinned colleges, dismissed colleges with reasons, preferences (size, travel scope, etc.), test scores, and the conversation history you have with the Mr. Lambert AI counselor.
- Server logs (timestamp, page accessed, response status) for operational purposes only.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to operate the Lambert's Grove service — generating personalized college-fit rankings, AI counselor responses, and counselor / parent dashboards. We do not use it for advertising, behavioral profiling outside the service, or any purpose unrelated to college planning.
How we share it
We do not sell, rent, lease, share, or otherwise disclose personal information with any third parties, advertisers, marketers, or affiliates. Your information is shared only with our AI counselor provider (Anthropic) for the sole purpose of generating the responses you have requested.
Data storage
All data is stored on private servers operated by the service administrator. Access is restricted to authenticated users (you, your parent, your counselor, if you authorize one) and the service administrator.
Children's privacy
The Service is intended for high-school-aged students (typically 14-18). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with information, please email privacy@lambertsgrove.com so we can delete it.
Your rights
You may request to view, update, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@lambertsgrove.com.
